SHIPPING
Online orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box, military or APO/FPO or international address.
We require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from theft or fraud because the address you enter is verified.
We offer free shipping with the continental United States. We currently do not ship regular orders outside of the USA.
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for most orders unless otherwise stated. International orders are usually shipped United States Postal Service (USPS).
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Return unused product within 30 days of receipt. If requesting a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original invoice amount. Except for shipping, there are no charges for exchange of a product within 30 days. Original invoice must accompany all returns. Ship securely wrapped packages via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Packages MUST be prepaid - sorry, we do not accept COD’s.
